Yes, all of our products are supplied to us by the registered distributors and subsidiaries in South Africa.

Can I return a product if i do not like the scent or texture?

We unfortunately do not accept returns on products that have been used as we cannot re-sell them. If you receive a product that smells expired / exceeded its shelf life or if the texture is not as per the usual texture, please return to us for assessment so that we can exchange the product or refund the purchase amount. You can log a return to returns@notecosmetics.co.za with your invoice number as a reference.

We are currently an online retail store only with administration and distribution offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

Do you ship to countries outside of South Africa?

Accepted Answer

Yes, however shipping costs are dependant on your countries clearing and duty tarrifs. consumers will be liable for all shipping and duties when purchasing outside of South Africa.
