We unfortunately do not accept returns on products that have been used as we cannot re-sell them. If you receive a product that smells expired / exceeded its shelf life or if the texture is not as per the usual texture, please return to us for assessment so that we can exchange the product or refund the purchase amount. You can log a return to returns@notecosmetics.co.za with your invoice number as a reference.
