SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed, dispatched and delivered Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays and weekends, and are delivered within 5 - 7 business days. During checkout, we will provide you with the estimated delivery date based on your order's delivery address.

Free shipping is available for orders R599 or more. A delivery fee of R 125 will apply to orders less than R599.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, except for national holidays and weekends. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.

  • Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes, re-shippers or package-forwarding services.

  • Orders cannot be delivered to addresses outside of the country or region where they were placed. 

  • Your refund includes the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

Return & Exchange Policy

How do I return my order?
You can request a return online. Once we receive your request we will arrange a collection of the item.

Can I exchange my order?
The easiest way to exchange your order is to simply place a new order for the item you want—and then request a return for the item/s you already have.

How do I return a defective or faulty product?
We conduct Quality Control checks on all of our products and accessories. If your item purchased is potentially defective or faulty, and was purchased less than 7 days ago, request a return. If it's been more than 7 days, we cannot accept a return or exchange. 7 days would be from accepting delivery of your order.

 

What if I chose the incorrect item?

Please ensure that the items in your cart are indeed what you have selected before checking out. If you have selected the incorrect colour, size or product, please notify us within 24 hours at returns@notecosmetics.co.za so that we can cancel or change your order.
